When sterilizing microorganisms, the sterilizing time can be shortened considerably by raising temperature.
By the use of pressure vessels, the time for sterilization will be further less with high temperature and high pressure.
It is capable of performing retort sterilizing of 120℃(30-60 min.), a semi-retorting of 105 to 115℃, and a high retort over 130℃.
High pressure sterilizing is conducted by filling steam into the sterilization steam cooker, after that it will be cooled with pressure.
